Pachena Bay Campground Bamfield Pachena Bay Campground, owned and operated by the Huu-ay-aht First Nation, is located at the head of the world-famous West Coast Trail. A natural sand beach, pproximately 1200 meters in length, sits directly in front of the Campground. There are 66 tent sites, nine full-service RV sites and nine unserviced RV sites. Directions Pachena Bay is approximately 3 kilometers (km) south of Bamfield.

Centennial Park Dedicated in 1967, Centennial Park is located on the east side of Bamfield at Port Desire. An information center is staffed in the summer. Two gazebos with barbecue grills, a drinking fountain, a rollerhockey rink, a basketball court and playground equipment are available to visitors. There is a pumpout station for RV's and boats, as well as water hoses. Directions Located at the end of Grappler Road, at Port Desire in Bamfield East.
